Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to support our gaming initiatives. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects, from conception to completion, within the gaming and esports domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
• Coordinate project activities and timelines with cross-functional teams, including game development, marketing, and operations.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
