Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven track record in the consumer electronics and appliances industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project execution, including the coordination of internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
- Prepare project reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
