Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various technical projects within our NBFC operations, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a good understanding of the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for technical initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Business) and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
