Project Engineer - Manufacturing & Assembly

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing manufacturing and assembly division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the infrastructure and heavy engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Oversee on-site assembly and installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing and assembly processes.
