Project Engineer (Refining)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer specializing in refining processes to join our growing FMCG manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various stages of refining projects, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to process optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and project management methodologies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage refining projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and commissioning.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new refining technologies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and maintenance, to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, specifications, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to refining processes.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
