Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our refining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing refining processes within our automotive component manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of process engineering principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to the refinement and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for enhancement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new process designs and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality control, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
