Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Project Engineer (Refining) with 0-2 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD in a relevant engineering discipline. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of refining processes and projects within our organization, focusing on enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent PhD graduate looking to apply advanced theoretical knowledge to practical industrial challenges in Bhubaneshwar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of refining projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and methodologies to improve refining processes.
- Participate in process simulations, modeling, and optimization studies.
- Support the development of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and safety personnel.
- Perform data analysis and report on project progress, performance, and key findings.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in refining.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to refining operations.
