We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of large-scale telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring financial viability, and optimizing funding strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of project finance principles, financial modeling, risk management, and stakeholder communication within the Indian telecom landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for project feasibility studies and investment analysis.
- Manage all aspects of project financing, including debt and equity sourcing, negotiation, and structuring.
- Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessment for new projects.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance for ongoing projects.
- Liaise with lenders, investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project financial performance against budget and forecasts.
- Provide financial advice and support to project teams.
