Project Head - Construction (2-4 Yrs) | Vijayawada

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Head - Construction with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects within our expanding hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and financial acumen, supported by an M.Com degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from planning and design to execution and handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and services, negotiating favorable terms.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new construction initiatives.
