Project Head - Construction

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head - Construction to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects for our growing textile and apparel manufacturing facilities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion of our new construction and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee quality control and assurance throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage project close-out activities, including documentation, final inspections, and handover.
