Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head - Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects for our new studio facilities and entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the entertainment or media industry, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee site selection, design, and permitting processes.
- Appoint and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including creative, production, and legal teams, to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
