Project Head - Construction

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head - Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects for our corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, from initial design and budgeting to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
- Create detailed project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Manage site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Manage contract negotiations and administer construction contracts.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project team members and external parties.
