Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head - Construction to lead and oversee all aspects of large-scale construction projects within our petrochemical and plastics division in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective measures.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
- Manage project finances, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
