Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Head - Manufacturing with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial for overseeing the development and implementation of new manufacturing initiatives and ensuring the efficient production of medical devices and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage manufacturing projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Apply design thinking principles and manufacturing expertise to improve existing processes and develop innovative solutions.

Oversee the selection and implementation of manufacturing technologies and equipment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP).

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare project reports and present findings to senior management.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
