Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head with a strong background in manufacturing and IT services to lead complex, large-scale digital transformation projects for our clients in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and closure of multiple IT projects within the manufacturing domain.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
