Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head - Manufacturing to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations within our clinical research and contract research facilities in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality production of materials for clinical trials and other research projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of products for clinical research and development projects.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ICH) and internal quality standards.
- Develop and manage manufacturing budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion.
- Oversee and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the procurement of quality raw materials and equipment.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting of all manufacturing activities.
