Role Summary: The Project Head - Manufacturing will be responsible for leading and overseeing manufacturing-related projects within CII's initiatives, focusing on enhancing industrial competitiveness, promoting sustainable manufacturing practices, and supporting policy advocacy in the sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the Indian manufacturing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing-focused projects aligned with CII's objectives.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination within the manufacturing sector.
- Contribute to policy research and advocacy efforts related to manufacturing competitiveness and sustainability.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and other documentation for stakeholders.
