We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Head - Manufacturing to oversee and manage manufacturing projects within our retail operations in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of manufactured goods that support our extensive retail network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management principles, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
