Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Head - Manufacturing to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. You will support project management activities, contribute to operational efficiency, and learn the intricacies of manufacturing processes within a leading biotech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, supply chain) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Support documentation and record-keeping for manufacturing processes and project progress.
- Participate in problem-solving and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Learn and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning and development within the manufacturing and project management domain.
