Project Head - Manufacturing - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Oversee the execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and regulatory affairs, to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence within manufacturing operations.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members involved in manufacturing projects.
