Project Manager (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role will be instrumental in managing various projects within our gems and jewellery operations, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment.

Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare project status reports and present findings to management.

Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.

Apply financial acumen from M.Com background to project budgeting and cost control.
