Project Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex automotive projects from initiation to completion within Tata Motors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
• Manage project execution, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
