Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team at BYJU'S. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the EdTech domain, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
