Project Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and execute complex infrastructure projects within Larsen & Toubro's diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site staff.
• Oversee all project activities from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, government agencies, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and contractual obligations.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and contract administration.
