Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects for our manufacturing facilities and retail spaces. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, aligning with L'Oréal's global brand and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications.
- Manage procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Oversee project close-out, including documentation, handover, and post-occupancy evaluations.
