Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and safety protocols in the O&G industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Oversee all phases of construction, from site preparation to final handover.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.

Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage project budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
