Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the construction of our advanced manufacturing facilities within the electronic components and semiconductor industry in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and handover.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Manage contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
