Project Manager - Construction

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager - Construction to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for our manufacturing facilities and infrastructure development within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including site preparation, building, and finishing.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and other third-party service providers to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all construction projects meet legal requirements and building codes.
