Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager - Construction to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects within our expansive operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution, coupled with a postgraduate degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Communicate project status effectively to senior management and clients.
