Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in construction project management to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is suitable for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, without requiring post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
