Project Manager for MBA/PGDM Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of consulting projects that drive tangible business value. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand their strategic objectives and operational challenges, developing and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop project plans, define deliverables, and establish project milestones.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessments.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and reports.
