Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing projects within our state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes in the biotechnology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for manufacturing projects, from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Manage project execution, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA) and internal company policies.
Manage project budgets and track expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met.
Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate project review meetings and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
