Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree. You will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing-related IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our IT service offerings and the specific needs of manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing IT projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
- Support in the procurement and resource allocation for projects.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and client presentations.
- Gain understanding of manufacturing workflows and translate them into project requirements.
