Project Planner / Scheduler

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to define project timelines, identify critical paths, and manage resource allocation. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Define project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather schedule requirements and inputs.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify deviations.
• Analyze schedule variances and develop corrective action plans.
• Perform resource leveling and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Prepare and present regular schedule status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project schedule and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and ensure alignment across all project participants.
• Maintain project documentation related to scheduling and planning.
