Project Planner / Scheduler

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Larsen & Toubro's Power sector division in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale power projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Define project activities, dependencies, durations, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify variances.
- Analyze schedule delays and develop recovery plans.
- Prepare regular progress reports for project management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various project teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure schedule alignment.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for schedule-related risks.
- Manage changes to the project schedule and assess their impact.
- Ensure adherence to project planning standards and best practices.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and workshops.
