We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Planner / Scheduler with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution within the industrial automation sector. This role requires a unique blend of legal understanding, strategic planning, and project management acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including task dependencies, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information for schedule development and updates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements by integrating legal considerations into project planning.
- Analyze the impact of scope changes on the project schedule and budget.
