Project Planner / Scheduler - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner / Scheduler with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules and plans within our Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity division. This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the timely and efficient execution of complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, and Gantt charts for various financial advisory projects.

Collaborate with deal teams, analysts, and senior management to gather project requirements, define milestones, and estimate timelines.

Identify potential risks and dependencies within project plans and propose mitigation strategies.

Track project progress, monitor deviations from the plan, and provide regular status updates and reports.

Utilize design thinking principles to visualize project workflows and communicate complex information effectively.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established planning and scheduling protocols.

Contribute to process improvements in project planning and execution.
