Project / Program Risk (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience to join our team as a Project / Program Risk Analyst. This role will support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across various projects and programs within our dynamic internet business. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies.

- Identify potential risks and threats to projects and programs, including operational, financial, and strategic risks.

- Conduct risk assessments, analyze likelihood and impact, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and track identified risks, ensuring timely execution of mitigation plans.

- Prepare regular risk reports and present findings to project managers and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a risk-aware culture.

- Support the continuous improvement of risk management processes.
