Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project/Program Risk Analyst to join our team in Noida. This role will support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with various biotechnology projects and programs within Biocon. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in risk management within a leading biopharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential risks and issues across project lifecycles.

Support the documentation and tracking of identified risks and mitigation plans.

Participate in risk review meetings and contribute to discussions.

Help in collecting and analyzing data related to project risks.

Assist in preparing risk reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Learn and apply risk management frameworks and tools.

Collaborate with project teams to understand project objectives and potential challenges.
