Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Risk Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with various projects and programs within our chemical manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role is crucial for ensuring project success, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and strategies for projects and programs.
- Identify potential risks across project lifecycles, including technical, financial, operational, regulatory, and safety risks.
- Conduct risk assessments, analyze probabilities and impacts, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor and track identified risks, ensuring that mitigation actions are implemented effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and project steering committees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions for project teams.
