Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Risk Manager to join our dynamic team at BYJU'S. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various projects and programs within our rapidly growing education technology business in India. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while minimizing potential disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks for projects and programs.
• Identify potential risks (financial, operational, technical, strategic, reputational) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
• Monitor and track identified risks and the effectiveness of mitigation actions.
• Prepare and present regular risk reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate risk review meetings and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
