Project / Program Risk Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various projects and programs within Dream Sports, ensuring successful delivery and achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures for projects and programs.

Identify potential risks (strategic, operational, financial, technical, compliance, etc.) across the project lifecycle.

Conduct risk assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and action plans in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Monitor and track identified risks and the effectiveness of mitigation actions, providing regular reports to senior management.

Facilitate risk review meetings and workshops with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to risk management.

Promote a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
