Property Manager

Role Summary: The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of DP World India's corporate properties and facilities. This role ensures that all properties are maintained to high standards, compliant with regulations, and support the operational needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.

Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Manage property budgets, including operational expenses, capital expenditures, and rent/lease agreements.

Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.

Respond to tenant and stakeholder inquiries and resolve property-related issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., security, IT, HR) to ensure seamless facility operations.

Develop and manage security protocols for all properties.
