Property Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage Viacom18's real estate portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our office spaces, studios, and other facilities across India. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management, from lease administration and vendor management to facilities upkeep and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of all company-owned and leased properties.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
• Develop and manage property budgets, including operational expenses, capital expenditures, and rent payments.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national property laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Manage tenant relations (if applicable) and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, IT, Legal) on facility-related matters.
• Implement and oversee security protocols for all properties.
