Property Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our real estate portfolio across various locations in India. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial performance of our company-owned and leased properties, ensuring they meet the operational needs of our telecom infrastructure and business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, including data centers, office spaces, and tower sites.
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and manage property budgets, including operating expenses, rental income, and capital expenditures.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements with landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable terms and timely renewals.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Network Operations, Legal, Finance) to address property-related issues and requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contractors, service providers, and real estate agents.
- Ensure all properties comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Handle tenant relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial status, and operational activities for senior management.
