Property Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, operations, and leasing of our retail properties and corporate offices across India. The ideal candidate will ensure that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations, while optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores and corporate facilities.

Oversee property maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and renovation projects.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.

Manage lease agreements, including tenant relations and rent collection.

Develop and manage property budgets, including operational expenses and capital expenditures.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues.

Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve property-related issues promptly.
