Property Manager (LLB Required) - Ahmedabad (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our healthcare facilities in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property law and regulations, coupled with practical experience in managing commercial or healthcare properties. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national property laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Handle lease agreements, tenant relations, and rent collection for commercial and residential spaces within the healthcare campus.
• Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
• Develop and manage property budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Liaise with legal counsel on property-related matters, including disputes and contract reviews.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to property management.
