Property Manager (Property Operations) | 1-2 Yrs | Delhi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our corporate facilities in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with basic property management understanding and a keen eye for detail, looking to grow within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining company-owned or leased properties, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities (e.g., cleaning, gardening, security).
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and manage procurement processes.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to property management, including record-keeping and documentation.
- Support in managing tenant/occupant requests and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to property usage and safety.
- Assist in overseeing small renovation or repair projects.
