Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Property Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee railway-related properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and leasing of various railway assets, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and generate optimal revenue. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of property management principles within the Indian context. Post graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain railway properties, including stations, commercial spaces, and land parcels, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Oversee tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency services.
Ensure all properties comply with relevant Indian building codes, safety regulations, and railway board directives.
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports on property condition and performance.
Assist in developing and implementing property budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Support in identifying and evaluating new leasing opportunities for railway assets.
Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders as required for property-related matters.
