Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Proposal Manager to lead and manage our bidding and auction processes within the petrochemical and plastics sector. This role is critical in securing new business opportunities and ensuring our competitive edge in the market. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of proposals, from initial qualification to final submission and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and submission of competitive bids, proposals, and tender responses for petrochemical and plastic products and services.
- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement solicitations to assess requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, legal, finance, and operations teams, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and compliance.
- Develop compelling proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solutions, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
- Manage proposal timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
- Conduct post-submission analysis, including win/loss reviews, to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in bidding and procurement.
